In Indonesia the first successful iVAC 2L case was performed by Prof. Taguh Santoso in Medisra Hospital Jakarta. Patient male, 80 years old, 157cm, 58kg, DMII, Previous PCI, NYHA class III, EF 60%. Vessels to be treated are LAD, Circumflex, RCA. iVAC 2L support time was 3 hours and iVAC 2L flow was 1.0 L/min. ACT 360 throughout procedure. 3 lesions treated, 1 stent deployed, complete revascularization. Patient was hemodynamic stable during procedure and successfully discharged from the hospital.
