Pulsatile mechanical circulatory support in high-risk PCI: results of a large multicentric registry – 293 cases assisted by iVAC 2L – was presented by Marcelo B. Bastos MD MHSc during EuroPCR May 2024.
Conclusions: The findings suggest that the use of iVAC 2L in percutaneous interventions may result in immediate hemodynamic improvements with low rates of hemodynamic instability and MACE.
