We`ve added a new Tuition Services Agreements sub-file to the IR35 Self-Employment Group in the Business Folder. If you are a full-time or part-time independent teacher/teacher/mentor/coach or trainer, one of our three new presentation agreements can be used when you enter into a contract to provide services to your clients. Individual education has exploded in a large sector that serves a large number of customers in the UK every year. Creating a tutoring can be a great way to earn extra income or even change careers if you are successful enough. Hourly rates are a great attraction, but the independence and flexibility that allow for private lessons is also important: a tutor can work part-time as a freelancer and work in any other function or field. These agreements are comprehensive and include optional and alternative clauses to allow considerable flexibility. In order to avoid any misunderstanding or dispute, they contain clauses that cover in detail various key topics, including booking, cancellation, fees, tutor and client obligations in relation to each other, as well as the tutor`s qualifications. These new agreements are suitable for use when dealing with individual clients (adults or children) who require a course for one for one, etc., for their private (i.e. non-professional) use. Topics may include mathematics, English or other academic disciplines, learning a musical instrument, any commercial/commercial or computer/technical subject, a foreign language, ESOL or a practical, creative or practical subject of life.
